Good product. I didn't want to spend the money on custom inserts because my child is 12 amd looses stuff and changes her shoes all the time. The doctor said that these wouldn't work, but my daughter says they are so comfortable. Her ankles are straightening up amd she jas less pain playing sports and has more support in the shoes that she wears like Nike, Adidas, etc...she does have flat feet...I will eventually buy professional customs...but this will do for now. They work!

As an overpronator I use these insoles in my running shoes. They fit perfectly inside both brands of shoes I use and give firm support with no discomfort or rubbing for many, many miles at a great price.

These are very nice flat feet insoles.Made by Trustfeet, these are well made flat feet insoles, that are perfect for a number of feet concerns, including overpronation, and plantar fasciitis, and sensitive feet.These insoles are designed as medium arch support inserts, and they fit and work well inside my shoes. The materials used in the different zones help make my feet comfortable as well, and love the colour of the insoles too.

This product provides the necessary support for me in Hey Dude shoes (which you may know are amazingly comfortable but have no support whatsoever). I trimmed down these insoles just a bit, put little footie socks over them and...perfection! So great that I've bought another pair. They can be swapped easily from pair to pair. Great support, fixes how I walk. Helps my knees and hips.

I ordered size medium for my womens 6.5 shoes. At first I thought they were huge. I cut the insoles along the smallest line and it was 1 inch longer than my foot. When I put my foot into the shaped heel, I would need to cut off the entire front foam part of the shoe and my toes would be over the red part. However, the insole fit into my shoe perfectly. I gave it 4 stars because of the thickness, it makes my running shoes super tight. I have wide feet for reference and stretchy knit runners.

I ordered these innersoles from the Amazon Vine program in exchange for a honest review.As someone who is constantly battling with Plantars, I did not find these as good as other reviewers or the description. They are just to thin on the heal and balls of the foot to really make much of a difference. The arch support is pretty good and firm. Thick to. But the heal is what kills the joy of these soles for me. Right where my plantar fasciitis starts , there is no support.The soles are pretty though. The flower pattern is nice. Great arch support but at the sacrifice of much heal support. I would wager the heel pad is only around a cm thick and gets crushed down pretty easily. After a few walks and runs it was pretty squashed and non existant.Good for arch support but bad for heel support. I would look elsewhere. I think there are better options in this price range. Like the Dr. Scholl's. They are a few bucks cheaper and way more comfortable. But hey, That is just my honest opinion.

The insoles didn’t do anything, to alleviate the pain in my feet. After 2 hours I could barely walk. After 8 hours of standing ,crouching and kneeling on a concrete floor I was in so much pain. I won’t be buying these again.

These are alright insoles, but pretty firm. If that's what your feet like then these would work for you. If you're looking for cushiness these aren't it. May help for PF and then you need more support.

I have always had a flatfoot and just ignored it by wearing flat shoes with no Arch support. Eventually began experiencing metatarsal pain in my feet from running and then it progressed to feeling it while just walking. As soon as I purchase these and put them in my wide toe box altras I can feel the support. While experiencing immediate discomfort in my arches and ankles from wearing the insoles. It also immediately reduced my metatarsal pain.My only gripe with this insole Is that I could not find an option for wide toe box. So ultimately, I just have to accept that. My big toe hangs over the side front of insole inside my shoe.Besides that I would highly recommend this product for flat feet, Overpronation, And metatarsal issues
