I cut a size for my son and a size for me… they are not too thick to put in the shoe or boot that make them too tight. Perfect that I have two more left to use. They keep the cold out.

I am a barefoot person at heart, and dread the colder months because I have to actually put my feet in shoes or boots. These inserts solves that problem at a really good price point, especially for 4 pairs. Now I can wear shoes or boots without socks, and keep my feet warm.I wear wider shoes (think Altras or Xero) and the insoles are wider for toe spread. These inserts works well in all of my shoes by not following the cutting guidelines on the inserts , and simply putting my shoe insole over top of the wool inserts, tracing a line, and cutting it out. Viola, perfect fit, warm and no more sweaty feet.The only shoes I had that these didn't really work that well in are my keep by the kitchen door Crocs, and they have no insole to pull out. The Crocs are also wider than most of my zero drop style shoes, so the inserts are a little short.I will buy another set of these again in the fall. I think the price is fabulous for 4 pair, especially since they work so well in my shoes. Highly recommended!

Uso questo tipo di solette anche se di altri produttori da molti anni. D'inverno tengono il caldo ed asciutto mentre d'estate non avverto calore e mantiene il piede asciutto dalla sudorazione che spesso, per chi suda in modo più abbondante, può essere imbarazzante. Queste in particolare le trovo perfettamente calzanti, sottili e nel contempo comodissimi in ogni tipo di scarpa, sportiva o elegante che sia. Da consigliare sicuramente.

Die sind sehr warm, perfekt also.Aber sie riechen extrem chemisch, Geruch geht auch leider nach längerem tragen nicht weg.

Très bonne adaptabilité à la pointure de la chaussure. Ne réduit pas la pointure intérieure du soulier. Tiens le pied à une température agréable sans surchauffer. La laine ne s'écrase pas en galette.
