Wasps, mud daubers, birds and rodents pose a serious threat to the furnace on your RV. They can enter through the furnace vents and cause serious damage by building nests that interfere with air flow. Camco 42141 (Model FUR 200) Flying Insect RV Furnace Screen fits Duo-therm and Suburban furnace vents. As Camco offers several furnace screens, consult size and photos to confirm this screen will fit your furnace vent. This easy-to-install screen will help ensure that your furnace vent stays free from costly invasion by unwanted pests.

Fit our rv furnace but I installed a small stainless steel band over the screen to keep it in place. This is the second travel trailer I have installed these on and they work well

A little bit tricky to install as the spring wire is almost as wide as the notch on the install tool making it tough to "snag" the wire to stretch it and connect. Otherwise it's a great bargain.

I had to modify the spring a little bit for them to stay on, hence the 4 star rating instead of the 5. Besides that they do the job.

I initially thought this RV Furnace Flying Insect Screen wouldn't be useful. That changed the day I found a wasp nest in my heater vent. Now I realize every RVer needs this! It’s a simple and effective solution to keep bugs out of your RV's venting system. Easy to install and totally worth it.

One end of the spring has a cross piece across the hollow. Do not hook this end into the screen. Hook the other end into the screen into the centre. Then take the implement that looks like a screw driver and slide through the middle of the spring and hook into the cross piece of the spring. This means you are able to push the spring down and easily hook the end piece onto the metal x.Easy peasy. Done in seconds.Holds wellGreat value.
