Great acupressure boards! All wood! I use an acupuncture mat but that was not conducive for standing on. These boards are really nice and work well. They smell like fresh cut wood. The spacing for the nails are perfect! The boards is full of nails which covers a lot of space on your feet. I use them while sitting on the couch with my feet on the floor. With time I will stand but for now I am still feeling the effects. I am a huge fan of acupuncture but the bottom of my feet are not treated during my sessions. There are a lot of benefits for my and my health to have these boards and treating the bottoms of my feet. I am looking forward to the health benefits these boards offer over the long term.Nicely made and easy to use!

So the nails are somewhat loose in the holes, but if you try and pull them out, you can't. Wood is a solid wood.-Good design/portable. The pieces fit together in a compact way so you can take it on a trip. The nails are spaced out perfectly, not to many nails and not to few.-Smell of the wood smells so good! It smells like fresh wood.-It gets deep into the tissue really good and you can feel it! Its almost to overpowering.-The size is good. Nail length from one end of the nails to the other end of then nails is 11 5/8ths in roughly (see pic). My feet size is size 9 in mens shoes (see pic).Cons:-noneOther Thoughts:-In my picture with the measurement, it doesn't look like I'm measuring from nail to nail, but I am. Its the angle of the picture that distorts where my measurement starts. Pretty crazy.-This is one of those products that you think is dumb and you don't need it but is actually the opposite. It proved me wrong!
