Installed on the 12V battery of my 2012 Arctic Cat F570 snowmobile. re: 4" dangling "ambilocal charge wire" (when needed). Works like it should. I recommend.

The sent me a used product with the terminal rings cut and obvious signs of previous application. Luckily I was able to hard wire it as I needed it right away
