It's probably not going to catch fire and it likely is oil and water proof, but it's super thin and still transmits heat to the surface below. not trusting this for my deck

Picked this up for my studio space, to enhance safety and make clean-up a bit easier. This offers a good range of features that I can make use of in my space while I work on a number of things. It's just being used as a mat, as a layer to safeguard when dealing with high temps and certain materials. It's a fairly simple and straight forward use case. Just a layer of protection. For this purpose, it is quite adequate as long as it lives up to the claims. The size is great, and offers a fair amount of coverage area. It worked out well for the spot that I needed coverage.Likes:- Fire proof.- Oil proof.- Water proof.- Easy cleaning.- Covers a large area.Dislikes:- Not a huge fan of the feeling of the outer layer texture. But it's not a surface I need to be in contact with, so it doesn't really impact anything.
