WHY TRAIN WITH A HEART RATE MONITOR?
Finding your personal heart rate zone and training with heart rate intervals allows you to maximize your workout. Simply put, if you train at lower heart rates (BPM or Beats Per Minute) it will require you to workout longer to achieve benefits. If you work out at BPM's that are too high for a prolonged period, you will burn out too fast, before you’ve reached your workout goals. Useless as a connected device to my Garmin Instinct 2. It disconnects for a minute several times per hour.

The buttons don't work properly. They don't respond at all! The light shows red the whole time, except when charging, when it blinks red. There's no way to know how much charge is left, or to switch modes. The charger cable didn't connect well with a plug - it was too loose, so it was very hard to get it in exactly the right position for it to charge, and it sometimes comes loose again by itself, even if I don't touch it.

Très satisfaite. Le brassard est utile lorsque je fais mon exercice extérieur (bonne zone d’effort) et la sangle poitrine capte mon HRV du matin pour m’aider à évaluer l’équilibre de mon système nerveux (parasympathique vs sympathique). Fonctionne avec l’appli ELITE HRV.

Relatively accurate at average heat rates but very wrong on higher rates, including throwing alarmingly high random rates. Save your money.

I like the product itself, but the company's customer service was terrible. Look at the price they charge for the same item in any 3 countries. Call them directly. The item scratches easily, just looking at it. The band has a cheap feel to it and will need replacing after 4 weeks. Their app is terrible, but it connects with others like elite hrv. It does a great job of recording the signals.

Once you switch it on, it doesn't switch off. The Heart Rate measured is accurate when I went running and biking. According to the manual, it is supposed to show 5 different LED colors based on the Heart Rate Zone. The device just shows red irrespective of HR Zone. I had to literally leave the device ON overnight for the battery to discharge and die out. The APP is un-inspiring and total crap. Amazon offered me one week window to return the product. I couldn't test it fully. Now I am left with a product which promised a lot, and didn't perform worth the price paid.

This heart rate monitor is supposed to be 100% waterproof. It was used by a triathlete for a few months, water got in it, it stopped working, the company refused to refund and so did Amazon. Hugely upset. DO NOT BUY

I would say it's as accurate as the chest strap HRM it replaces. A couple of things to know:The strap is not super long so if you have big biceps, wearing it at the top your arm may get tight.The android app is junk.If you want to pair via ANT+, do not pair it over Bluetooth with your phone first or it won't be visible.
