I loved this set as it came out of the box. Well packaged, and the sets are very sturdy plastic, with humidity control. I had written.a review that the lights were not working. Now, I realize that you have to shut off the power button, and the lights turn on.Looks great so far.

It is a bit early yet, but I ordered the seed starter kit so we could get an early start on our vegetable garden this year. The kit come with 6 seed trays, bases and domes. There is an led light that easily snaps onto the top of each dome and is controlled by a small power switch that controls on/off, 4 different timer modes and brightness.The light also acts as a humidity controller by rotating the top. Setup is relatively quick and simple.I am not sure why the listing says 5 pack with a 60 plant capacity? There is actually 6 trays that accommodate 12 seedlings for a capacity of 72 plants.The trays, bases and domes are not a super thick plastic, so you will have to take extra care if you want the kit to last longer than 1 growing season. I searched the manufacturer Hocloa on Amazon and it appears they offer a 12 pack seed tray kit 'without' lights that could probably ordered if replacement trays were needed.Please be aware that the kit does not include a USB power adapter.Overall it seems reasonably priced for what you are getting in the kit.
