Instruction how to grow tomatoes:

If you’re planting seeds, you’ll want to start your seeds indoors 6 to 8 weeks before the average last spring frost date.

Select a site with full sun and well-drained soil. For northern regions, it is VERY important that your site receives at least 6 hours of daily sunlight. For southern regions, light afternoon shade will help tomatoes survive and thrive.

Two weeks before transplanting seedlings outdoors, dig soil to about 1 foot deep and mix in aged manure or compost.

Harden off transplants for a week before planting in the garden. Set transplants outdoors in the shade for a couple of hours the first day. Gradually increase the amount of time your plants are outside each day to include some direct sunlight.

Transplant after last spring frost when the soil is warm.

Place tomato stakes or cages in the soil at the time of planting. Staking keeps developing tomato fruit off the ground, while caging lets the plant hold itself upright.

Plant transplants about 2 feet apart.

Pinch off a few of the lower branches on transplants, and plant the root ball deep enough so that the remaining lowest leaves are just above the surface of the soil.

If your transplants are leggy you can remedy this by burying up to ⅔ of the plant including the lower sets of leaves. Tomato stems have the ability to grow roots from the buried stems.

Water well to reduce shock to the roots.

I planted these too late here on the West Coast, but will baby them along and see what happens. They came up very quickly and look healthy. Depends on September weather on the South Coast as to how they will fare.

This is a work-in-progress but even now, one little tomato shrub already has 35+ flowers that will become fruit, and more flowers keep appearing ... I have a couple younger plants coming up behind this one as well. Done in a container, low maintenance except for plenty of watering and pruning the suckers - Really high quality seed, I will be buying more! I will post an updated photo when the fruit grows and ripens!

These seeds are sprouting well after only 3 days, indoors. I put a heating pad on low underneath with the cheap grow light a few inches above the tray.I have never had tomatoes sprout this quickly! High quality seed!

So far so good with these seeds! We got 100% germination. The seedlings just went outside a few weekends ago and they are growing well in the garden. I'll come back and update on the quality and quantity of the yield later in the season.

Planted 10 seeds and they all sprouted quickly and are growing very well. I will update as plants continue to grow.

Very disappointed. With meticulous care (potting soil, heated mat and grow light) I was only able to get 5 seeds to germinate out of 12 planted. These all died.A second try yielded only one out of 12 planted. Still living, but not growing visibly.Gave up on these and bought domestic seeds.

Excellent seeds! Started them indoors, planted outside after last spring frost. Tomatoes have been giving a lot of fruit, great taste and long lasting plants - still giving fruit in the beginning of October!
