Pour fin d'explications disons que l'outil comporte deux sections: une courte et une plus longue (celle avec le décapsuleur de bouteilles). Pour utilier l'outil il faut d'abord déplacer vers la droite la section courte de l'outil. Ceci vous permettra d'agrandir la machoire de l'outil en l'écartant pour l'ajuster au diamètre du couvercle à dévisser. Ceci étant fait il faut maintenant serrer les griffes de l'outil en poussant vers la gauche la section qu'on a d'abord poussée vers la droite. Et alors l'ouverture du pot se fait sans effort.Le fabricant de l'outil devrait fournir un petit manuel d'instructions pour en faciliter l'usage...Personnellement j'ai perdu un peu de temps à comprendre comment utiliser l'outil.Pour le reste je suis satisfait de ce truc et je vous le recommande.

The bottle opener works great but the jar opener isn’t so good. I tried to open a bottle of Gatorade and it would not work. I tried several times and it just wouldn’t work. Very frustrating.

Bought this for my wife to use. She likes how easy it is to use and doesn't need to call me :-). I used it a few times myself.

It was sort of hard to open the first time. But once open, the arms are long enough to apply some torque to the lid. Yay! It pops open. Then you slide it closed and look superior when your husband can’t figure it out.

This is useless! Too late to return so I threw it out. Flimsy and does not stay when you place it on any jar. Waste of money and time.
