Great little kit. I only gave 4 stars because the lids don’t stay on tight. Not a big problem if you don’t have to transfer them, but we did.

I was so surprised how fast my lettuce and kale seeds began to sprout, I decide to order another set. I live in Calgary, Canada and I must begin gemination in March. I cannot plant until the May long weekend. So I decided to order another kit to expedite gemination in April.

First off is the price for what you receive, The second most positive feture is the height of the clear covers and of course the amazing feature of having the LED grow lights contained within the top cover They are sturdy covers and planting containers. and the price is fantastic for what I got compared to any local gardening shop.

Honestly, it would be a great little setup if the timer actually worked. It's slightly frustrating that all the lights are stuck together so you have very limited options in terms of arrangement, but at least there are lights.

Genius set up. Worked very well. My only complaint is you don’t know which setting on the timer you’ve actually chosen when you click the button.Addendum: this is the second time purchasing this product so I obviously like it. I use them under grow lights instead of the light system included. My tip for removing the seedlings is to use a plunger from a 6ml syringe instead of the instrument provided. I find it works much better with less root disruption.
