The material is great and is very flexible. It’s easy to install and it fit perfectly on my 36 inch round fire pit. And it’s perfect for a 24 inch tall fire pit/ring.

My old fire pit only had a cover that went down to the last few inches at the base, but the base started to rust. This covers my firepit in full, so I hope it works better. I have never had any cover that does not develop holes in it after a year or two, so I will likely replace this in a year to be proactive from any holes developing, but will also check to see how it is holding up. It is not in direct sun, so may last longer. The bottom can be tightened to make it more secure. It is bigger than my fire pit, more so than I would like, but this is the closest size I could find for my fire pit. I feel like this is tough enough to be a quality cover, and is not really thin like others I have tried.

We have had our cover for a few months now and we are very happy with this purchase. We live in a 4 seasons area and it has withstood the heat of summer, torrential rains, high winds, and now -40 with lots of snow! Good price, good quality, and good durability.
