Comfort is 10/10. Doesn’t get hot on the ears like earmuff headphones, and no discomfort inside the ears like earbuds. Sound-wise it needs improvement. The open ear concept makes sounds audible to people nearby, even 2-3 feet away depending how loud the volume is. Not completely hands free, you have to press the multi-function button to activate voice assistant such as Siri. I would use it in alternate with my Bose QC and AirPods, depending on the use case.

I originally had another model for a smaller fit I got years ago and they were starting to fail. Ordered these new ones and they fit even better for my smaller head and the sound is great.

I have had these for a long while now. Initially it took a bit of time to get used to them. Currently I use them only with my laptop. Seamless connection, surprisingly good audio, not that I am an expert on audio sound. They are different, and helpful as I was recovering from a concussion. I liked them immediately because unlike inserting audio peace in the ear or over the ear. These are really unique and special and deserve a try.

I was skeptical since some reviews said they didn't sound good, but honestly I love these. They work like they're supposed to and get surprisingly loud while still being quiet to people around and I can still hear my environment. Obviously the bass won't sound good, but that should be obvious considering how the sound is transmitted. Great for workouts indoors and outdoors or any activity where you'd have to interact with people sporadically but don't wanna/need to stop your music/podcasts every time.They are pricey, but if you're gonna use it often for these use cases, it could be worth it. I was ok with it.

I love these! They are extremely comfortable.High quality sound and they stay charged for such a long time. I must say they exceeded my expectations. I don’t have a large head so the size was perfect too.

I will preface this review by saying my partner has the Shokz Openmove and by comparison, the Openrun are definitely, definitely worth the additional cost. Compared to the Openmove they are far more comfortable, have a better charging system (USB-C plug in Vs magnetic cable) and have higher quality sound.I opted for the mini over the standard, I have (what I would say!) an avaerage size head and short hair and having tried the standard, found the standard 'bar' around the back of the head to be too long, the mini sits just right.The headset itself is light and comfortable, I can leave them on all day without noticing their presence, I also wear glasses and the Shokz sit right alongside without any issue.I will note that it's not really comfortable to lean back or lay onto the band so for this i still have a pair of in-ears.The battery is great, once charged I believe I have had up to 9 hours of continuous use, without continuous use but bluetooth enabled on my device, I can go a couple of days without having to recharge.The sound quality is great, whilst obviously not as good as a decent set of in ear or over ear heaphones, I still find the quality good enough to be able to hear nuances in my music, as a bonus wearing the headset is far less obstructing than in ear or over ear headphones.The fact that they sit over your ear rather than in means you can use them in a work environment whilst still being able to hold conversations or use them whislt travelling and be able to hear the environment around you.I have had my Shokz for just over a year now with daily use and have had no issues as of yet (fingers crossed), I cannot see myself going back.I will say, if you plan on buying Shokz, at the minimum buy a pair of Openrun, they can be had for £90 pretty regularly, any cheaper set and the overall quality is noticeably worse.

I've only had these for a couple of days but I am loving them! They are easy to use and very comfortable. The sound quality for music and phone conversations is great. I love that I can have my music on and still hear everything else going on around me. That's a huge safety thing if you walk/run alone. I was also able to fully participate in conversations with people at work without having to take them off or even shut off my music.

Gebruik het voor het hardlopen en ben erg tevreden. Normaal beats koptelefoon gewend maar deze heeft meer comfort , is waterdicht en goede geluidskwaliteit zonder dat je de geluiden uit de omgeving mist.Een aanrader , je merkt niet dat je iets op hebt en blijft super zitten.Batterij heel snel opgeladen en lange speelduur +6u

I recently lost my Shokz Openrun minis while on vacation, so thought I would try a high end Open Ear alternative with directional acoustics as a replacement. While the open ear buds were high quality and highly reviewed, within a few hours using them I realized how superior the Shokz had been, compared to the open ear. The Shokz are far more comfortable, light weight and well fitting; I forgot I had them on. The sound clarity is exceptional in comparison. They are easy to operate with minimal buttons on clean lines, and hold a charge for at least 10 hours. I had not ever run the battery down completely. They are a better design then any other in-ear or open-ear headphones that I have used. They totally hit the sweet spot for comfort, ease-of-use, and sound quality. I have now bought new Shokz Mini to replace the lost ones and will be more careful not to lose them in the future.

Good sound quality at both low and higher volumes. Easy control funtions and good battery.I like to hear my surroundings while listening to music.My ears don't get as "tired" from these as from my in ear buds.

I love these!Pros:- Comfortable- Waterproof- Great battery life- leaves your ears open to hear other things around you (I.e. tragic noise while cycling or your family trying to talk to you when listening)- Good sound quality (it will not be as good as head set style noise canceling head phones but it is great by my standards)- Quite durable- Good 2 year warrantee support.Con:Not the most comfortable when wearing under a toque or while laying down.This is my third pair. I use them several hours per day and the first pair lasted about 1 year then it was replaced with the warrantee when it stopped working. The second pair I got lasted about 2 years bringing the total usage ( including the warrantee replacement) to about 3 years using them about 6 hour’s a day on average. It seems a bit short of a life but the price is reasonable, I really like how they work and I use them a lot and they get some hard use so I think it is still a good buy, that is why I recently bought another pair.

I've hated headphones all my life as I've never found ones that are comfortable. I don't listen to a lot of music on any device and uncomfortable headphones have probably contributed to that!.I wanted some to travel with, to watch a film ect and came across these.I read the reviews on these and lucky someone mentioned the sizing otherwise I would have bought the standard and not the mini. These fit well.I've not worn them for more than a couple of hours but so far so good.I find the sound is good for me but I have no other to compare them too.Pairing was straight forward.* update. Wore them on the plane to watch a movie, whilst they were comfortable to wear the sound quality was poor with all the background noise. I was able to hover them over my ear canals to listen to the film better bit this was not entirely comfortable. So great earphones for normal everyday use, not great for noisy environments!!!
