I've had my heartleaf plant for a few weeks now and it is very much still alive. It arrived very well packaged with a "live plant" sticker on the box. Straight or off the box it seemed to have been well cared for by the nursery. The hanging hook is quality material and not cheap plastic. I recommend this seller for live pants and will purchase more.

UPDATED: I've changed the rating from one to three stars not because the plant miraculously spring back to life, but because the seller contacted me and gave me my money back.I waited a solid 2wks after my new plant arrived before I decided to write this review and it is still very frustrating to complete. This is the second time I've purchased a house plant from this seller and the first one died within a matter of days (less than 15 days). To be fair, I'd just begin learning to care for plants properly and assumed it had likely been something I messed up, hence the second chance (over a year later).However! This time it is absolutely not on me. I received my plant nearly 4 days outside the delivery window but brushed it off and embraced the new plant baby excitement.However, after following the exact same protocol I use anytime any plant comes into my home or I currently have over 200 thriving plants in dirt and approximately 160 propagating starts in water, this particular plant did not seem to be doing any better than at their time of arrival. After finishing its quarantine and bringing it in under the grow lights hoping it might spark a new interest in living in this little guy, within 72hrs nearly two-thirds of the plant is dead. Leaves are crusty brown, fines shriveling, and worst of all brown spots that I fear could be an infectious pathogen. I hate giving such a negative reviews but I'm wholeheartedly believe this one is warranted and would hate for anyone else to go through what I'm going through now in the panic driven mess that is currently my life attempting to keep all of my other plants healthy because of this one I introduced likely too soon.

This was my first time ordering a live plant from Amazon. Wow! I’m so pleased, it’s just beautiful. It’s a 6” hanging pot, but the plant is huge! The leaves are beautiful, and it looks quite healthy. It was wrapped in paper and shipped in a box marked “live plant “ via UPS. I’ll definitely buy again.
