One of two reasons I ordered this set is for the the handheld wand setup. Unfortunately the wand leaked profusely at the end furthest from the hose, upon turning on the water. I am replacing the wand with a highly rated one. The other reason I purchased this set is for the 12" rainfall head. You can not order a 12" rainfall head on Amazon and have it delivered to my address in California. Not available at retail either. I'm sure it has something to do with flow restrictions. This set was delivered no problem and the head works very well. I did not use the rough-in valve and diverter that came with this set because I do not trust a brand that I am not familiar with for an installation inside the wall and for maintenance reasons. I used a Delta valve and diverter because I trust the brand and know I can easily get replacement parts when needed.

I'm only giving 4 stars currently as it has yet to be installed. But we received it in amazing time and the quality seems excellent. All the parts are metal and not thin metal.

Beautiful and luxurious. Why would anyone not want something like that when showering? I personally am a creature of comfort and if a shower system can do that, then I am all for it. I like very long and very hot showers and this makes those showers even better. It was quite simple to install, it had an elegant modern look to it, and it is solid and sturdy. The tub spout isn’t really anything that I was looking for, but it does add a nice little touch of depth that makes you feel like you’re in a spa. In my case, I like to sit on my little padded bench and let the rain head shower down on top of me as the tub spout pours out, and I use the handheld shower wand which lets me aim water anywhere I want. By the time I am done showering, I am fully relaxed and ready to crawl beneath my sheets and slip into a deep restful slumber.Or, if I’m in a hurry, a quick rinse under the shower to cool off or scrub to clean. And this handheld unit also allows me to bathe my dogs much easier while still having the overhead shower going. My dogs would bolt if I had to stop to change everything out constantly.The handheld makes it easy to bathe those kids too.
