Way 1
Put your foot in the open part of the fabric normally, attach the Velcro strap to the ankle, and control a loop on the strap to guide the stretch.
Way 2
Thread the foot through the fabric, attach the Velcro strap to the ankle, and control a loop on the strap to guide the stretch.
Way 3
Place your heel side in the open part of the fabric, attach the Velcro strap to the ankle, and control a loop sewn to the strap to guide the stretch.

Had to look up instructions product is OK. It definitely does what it shows does however, trying to figure out how to put it on your foot and use it is quite a bit of a pain. Easier attachments would’ve been better choice, but it will do.

This is so easy to use and very helpful for stretching even if you have mobility issues. The small handles really help you remain balanced and keep stretch poses to help progress!

The product arrived today. I wasn't that impressed with the quality of material but thought it could still work. I purchase two so I didn't have to keep switching feet. Some of the exercises require putting your foot through the hole. I am unable to on one of them as even though they are supposed to be two of the same product the holes are vastly different in size between them. Thoroughly unimpressed!

Takes a couple tries to get used to putting this on & there's no instructions, but great once you get the hang of it does a very good stretch & keeps your leg stable as it covers the whole foot.Would be a 5 star if it had more loops, I quickly got to the shortest one for the stretch I need.

I purchased this to help regain my flexibility that has been lost due to both knees having meniscus tears that have required surgery and will require replacement soon. My legs get stiff from the bottom of my feet to my lower back - causing limited mobility and lower back pain - this leads to reduced activity - which leads to stiffer muscles.I've been using this for about 2 weeks now. It hurts a lot when using it, but it should considering how stiff my body is. I have noticed a difference in my flexibility and a reduction in my lower back pain. This won't replace my other physio or my trips to the massage therapist but it will help and should continue down the path to recovering some of my mobility and flexibility until my knee replacement in a few years.

I'm 58 years old and as a result of weight training in the gym I became muscle bound and stiff with no flexibility.... I am using this device daily for 5 minutes each leg . I can already feel a difference, besides you can use it alone, no need to bother someone to push downward... with time I hope to get back my flexibility. Only negative is that there's no instruction provided on how to put that contraption on! Luckily on this Amazon page the instruction is provided. Would be nice to put a sheet with a how to diagram.Aside from this small thing everything is good.

This product worked very nicely, I’m able to use it for yoga and for the sciatic physiotherapy that I was given instead of using a towel.I like this very much that it’s sturdy and well made, it also has Velcro to keep your foot and leg in place.It even comes with a little bag that you can wear on your back or arm to bring to a yoga class etc. so that you can store it in.Very happy with the product.
