The easy-release D-ring metal buckle holds the 6-foot strap securely in place on your leg, foot, or arm so you can relax into the stretch. If you feel tight, don't risk injury—grab a block and a strap. For care, we recommend spot cleaning the yoga brick and yoga strap with mild detergent and then towel or air dry. O anúncio fala Combo de "Blocos" de yoga + alça. Portanto como geralmente ao fazer a prática de yoga se usa 2 blocos, comprei pensando que eram 2 blocos e a alça. No fim veio só u1 bloco, e tive que adquirir outros. Me senti enganado.

My yoga book uses a wooden block. I'm glad I found this. It's very nice. It's hard sturdy like a block of wood, but much lighter. When I ordered it I didn't know what the belt was for. It was an option to get this without the belt but I'm glad I got this one. I found out at physical therapy. It is extremely useful to help increase stretches.
