Very easy to set up and use. I use my iPad to link photos. I bought this frame without checking the size as I already have the larger skylight frame. In fact this frame is better fir my use as it can be mounted in portrait mode and is more effective in displaying my photographs.

Such a great buy! You set up an email account to send photos to and it will automatically upload them to the frame. My only complaint is that you cannot rotate photos via the frame, you need to edit/rotate photos BEFORE uploading.Great product and would definitely buy again!!

We bought this as a gift for our parents and it’s awesome. So easy to set up, and great for us to share photos right to them from anywhere! Functionality is great, really user friendly! It easily connected to their wifi and they were good to go. It’s so nice I think I’ll be adding one to my wish list !

Cómo hacer un restablecimiento completo:1. En la parte trasera de tu Frame, mantén presionado el botón de “Bajar volumen” hasta que aparezca una pantalla que diga “Device Test” (Prueba de dispositivo).2. En la esquina inferior derecha, toca el botón “Recovery” (Recuperación).3. Aparecerá un mensaje preguntándote si deseas recuperar tu dispositivo. Toca “Yes” (Sí).4. Deja que tu Frame funcione durante 2-3 minutos; debería restablecerse a su estado original, tal como estaba al sacarlo de la caja.

We loved the Skylight calendar so much we purchased this frame for a parent for Christmas. Great picture quality, easy setup, sending pictures is also easy!

This frame requires you to upload photos. The photos will then be stored on skylight's cloud. Their IT support will know how many photos you have under the skylight email account you create. (Which they did not explicitly tell you) In a way, its a subtle violation of the customer privacy.When one transfer the frame ownership, the photos can go out of synch whereby the photos will be displayed on the frame; but not displayed on their app or account.Contacting their support for weeks only to be told they are unable to make it synch so we have to reset the frame and lose all photos in there.Personally, I will not recommend anyone buying this frame due to the above.It is worst than a simple frame with builtin USB key!!!I regret purchasing this item and I dont want anyone to go through what I went through.

The Skylight picture frame works as advertised. Very easy to use and add pictures and videos for anyone who has been invited.

Se lo regalamos de Navidad a mi papá y nos encantó porque es muy fácil que todos le mandemos fotos. El app te recuerda cada cierto tiempo y te avisa cuando otros mandan fotos. Entonces le están llegando constantemente fotos de sus hijos y sus nietos. Mi mamá ya quiere el suyo!

Was a great gift for my MIL. Easy to add pics from anywhere! Frame looked good and functions great. We are currently travelling and adding pics of our trip for family to see on their frame back home. Such a great gift - going to buy another!

Pros : easy to use. Touch screen. Enough memory. Easy to send pictures from aboard. Overall quality is fineCons : should be 4k. 1080p is not enough. Ok when viewing at 2m/6’ and +. Some features (including create album) are behind a subscription (but we can remotely send pictures without a subscription). I’m not able to transfert ownership (you can set up the device before gifting, currently with their support to solve this). Screen is 16:9, most pictures are 4:3, meaning that they will be cropped if you don’t do it yourself (all the frames of the market are like that).Overall a good product but I would pay 50-100$ more to have 4k but I can’t find a dedicated product on the market (memento did create one some years ago).
