Update- received the placement in 2 days and worked perfectly.Replaced the black right away and worked perfectly.Now a few months later we replaced the yellow and could not get it to work. Customer service had us try a couple of things that did not fix it. They are sending a replacement set. Hopefully in a few days I'll change this to 5 stars and be printing again

The first few pages were printed very well and there after the documents printed had a black side bars, we tried everything possible still the same results

The timer I was sent had an issue with the black one fading but as soon as I contacted them they tried to help me troubleshoot it then when it didn’t work they sent me a new package. This new one worked beautifully. 5 star customer service and product.

The yellow toner arrived broken. Not sure if it was a delivery issue or product defect, but the Smartink support was able to quickly resolve my issue by resending a new toner. I feel comfortable to reorder in future due to the great customer services.

My cartridges arrived but the yellow was broken. I think this is an extraordinarily rare occurrence because their packaging is exceptional. When I first called I couldn't get through and received a message that this company is in the Ukraine and they do experience interruption. At that moment my heart went out to them. But right away I got a link to send them a text message and the call was returned within 5 minutes of my original phone call. Kevin was exceptionally patient as I tried to maneuver the cartridge into the printer. But it just wouldn't work. He sent me a whole new set of cartridges that arrived two days later. Not only is the customer service exceptional but considering what they are experiencing I am blown away by their commitment. The print cartridges are actually better than the brother ones. The Brother ink kept smearing across the page and these are coming out perfect.

UPDATE — 2nd set of cartridges arrived the next day, installed as per directions. Cartridges were quick to be recognized and running like normalCustomer service is true to their statement. Kevin helped me out with a failed cartridge in a matter of minutes. Haven’t tried them yet but will update the review after installing them

Brother printer had " no Toner" message. I tried all the normal things myself like shutting printer off/on, Shaking cartridges side to side as it still had 75% toner level, etc. to no avail. Contacted Alice of Smart Ink. She had me do factory reset. That did not change anything so she offered to resend replacements in hopes of resolving this issue. Very generous and I hope this works.

Replacement cartridge not recognized by my printer, shows as non genuine supply and will not printThe company did however contact me and offer a refund for the defective product, with their apologies, so I am upgrading my rating because of this.It would be great if these cartridges would work, as they are a fraction of the cost of OEM cartridges. I paid twice as much for a single black OEM cartridge, but my printer is working again.

I hardly ever write reviews, but I had time make an exception for this company.I purchased the TN227 toner for a used printer that I recently bought. The aftermarket toner that it came with didn't work, and I kept getting a "No Toner" message, so, after reading a bunch of reviews, I purchased the Smart Ink cartridges. As soon as I replaced the toner, the error message immediately went away.I was so happy to finally have a working colour laser printer of my own, but after testing it out, the printouts had blue sploches down the centre of the page. I watched a YouTube video on how to clean the drum and after cleaning it twice, the sploches were still there and the blue toner was leaking from the cartridge.I emailed Smart Ink and they were so fast in their response time. They just asked me to send them some pictures of the problem to see how they could help. After reviewing the photos; they shipped out a new set of toners to me, even though I only needed the blue toner replaced. (The rest of the toners in the box had worked perfectly!)They shipped out the new toner last night and told me to expect it in a few days, but this morning I go to the door and it's already arrived. Where do you get service like that these days? I am so impressed with Smart Ink! They have won me over and I will be purchasing all my toner and printer parts from them from now on. I will also recommend them to anyone I know who has a printer! And, my printer is working flawlessly now. So impressed with them!!
