The black ink stopped working. I have barely used my printer. It didn't dry out it just stopped working.Edited: I changed it from 1 star to 4 stars because they reached out and offered a full refund. Smart Ink Store truly cares about there customers.

This is the second time ordering this ink for my HP Deskjet 3520 and so far, so good. Colours are clean, good saturation, and dry fast. I get the message that I'm using non-HP ink and just ignore it and everything seems to be okay. Hopefully it will keep working. I used off-brand ink from another company and it ruined my Brother MFC J497DW, so I wish I had tried this brand instead of the other one. Live and learn! I will stick with Smart Ink!

El producto funcionó perfecto con mi hp photosmart 210b. La calidad de las impresiones es excelente los colores se ven perfectos aún en papel para fotografía. Muy buena calidad. Y me quedo perfecto porque ya es difícil conseguir los cartuchos originales de HP.
