Some cartridges did not work. But customer service was very good. They send me replacement. The replacement cartridges worked without issue.

These ink cartridges are perfect. When we placed the order we received the order but the cartridges in the package were not working. We called customer service and they immediately recognized the problem and said they would resend the correct ones. They arrived today and they work perfectly. They corrected the situation with a smile. Would definitely repeat

Ordered cartridge, they didn't work. Scan the QR code and customer services helped me with replacements within five minutes I had new ones on order. New ones arrived in two days and installed with no problems

I noticed “CANNOT DETECT” error on my printer machine in first week of January,2025. So was trying to figure out the error and finally i found out that chips on both the toner are expired. I don’t know how to fix that but i checked with my friends machine that both the toner didn’t work with as chip is expired. I then installed chip from my friends machine toner and the smart ink toner worked so I think that the chip comes with the battery that has toner expiry set up which doesn’t allow toner to work after certain time. Also the package said that use before February 2025 and it was expired in first week of January. I would rather buy toner without chip and replace the chip. Bad experience!

Purchased 2 pack. The first one worked just fine. When empty, replaced with second unit and the printer would not recognize it as even being inserted. Cleaned chip contacts, no change. I removed the chip from the empty unit and put it into the second unit. This solved the problem and the second unit is now fully working. The print quality is good and good value for the money.

I have been using smart ink cartridges in our hp and brother printers for years. I have had problems twice and gave them a call. In both cases they sent me new cartridges quickly and free of charge.
