When cartridges arrived, the black installed/worked fine, but the colour cartridge threw up an error code. Went through all the recommended troubleshooting steps, still the same error code. Contacted company, and after confirming that troubleshooting hadn't worked, they immediately offered to send me a replacement. Replacement arrived in reasonable time and is now installed and working correctly. Kudos to company for responsiveness. All's well that ends well.

I purchased this ink and it didn’t work, I called the company and was sent a replacement. I have been using it for my small business for a week now with no issues. It lasts much longer than an HP cartridge and the quality is just as good. Will be continuing to purchase and recommend!

2024-08-13 Update: Extremely pleased. Have printed almost 200 pages (text, some had small graphics/pictures). Printing is clear, smudge-free, and perfect. Will buy from this seller again when needed. Very Happy!!Original Review: Very glad that my HP DeskJet 2510 accepted these off-brand cartridges and I can now use my all-in-one printer again. So far, I've only printed a few pages so I have no comment about the output capacity. The pages are coming out cleanly and the ink quality seems to be good. I'll update this if any problems arise. 2024-07-18 Have printed 40 pages of text so far (black with a few lines of red font) and they are beautiful.

Black Cartridge lasted 3 weeks - only printed +- 20 pages then failed. Ink blobs all over the page. The ink still feels full.
