Item didn't work properly at first, but reached out to their customer service (2 year warranty is great) and was able to get both cartridges communicating and working properly. Thanks for the quick help, I'm off and printing with my HP Envy 5052 and saved lots of $ compared to HP ink

Excellent customer service will address your issue if you contact them. The ink quality needs to improve as the fonts sometimes appear smudgy or with few white lines.

Was looking for cheaper alternatives to the HP instant ink delivery system and great reviews took me here. I wasn't wrong and the cartridges were recognized by the printer. But after 3 months, it started showing up errors on recognizing the cartridges and I reached out to the customer service. Checked a few options and didn't work out and they agreed to sending me a new set of cartridges and gave me a free 2 day shipping too. This is how good companies stand by their products. I will buy again once the inks are done.

I absolutely love this company! My first batch of cartridges worked perfectly. When it came time for more, one was faulty. However the customer service team was VERY responsive and helpful, and ended up resolving the issue ASAP! I would highly recommend buying from them just for the customer service alone. :) Thank you!! I'll be back when my printer runs out again!

It won’t work with 3700 hp series because it’s designed for other regions not for UAE or Middle East.

On the weekend I installed new cartridges and one was defective. The printer just reported an Error and would not work. I emailed Smart Ink. Literally within 2 minutes I had a reply and without hesitation they sent me replacement ink cartridges ... rush. Monday morning, before noon, the new cartridges arrived and the problem was solved. I don't think I've had this type of caring & responsive customer service in many years! Good products ... great people!
