These clips are great for keeping gear on my pack or belt. Lightweight and fairly sturdy. With this pack I finally don't have to worry about running out of them.

Pretty good value for money. Obviously not load bearing, but stronger than most of the other cheap carabiners out there

I heat my house with a wood stove and have a large firewood stack, on a home-made expanded metal log rack, with a canvas tarp over it, to keep it dry from the rain and snow. Initially, I used wire through the eyelets on the tarp to hold it down to the log rack but was a pain to continuously undo to get the firewood. Idea: Buy some carabiners to use as an easier way to hold the tarp down and be able to unlatch the tarp to access the firewood. The carabiners came in a plastic case, which was very nice to have. I didn’t use all the carabiners, so the rest are stored in the case. The carabiners are very lightweight and rather small, but very sturdy. For each carabiner, the pack included a metal ring. I put the rings on the tarp eyelets, then the carabiner. I have wire loops connected to the log rack. The carabiner is attached to the wire loop. The tarp is held down providing a cover to my firewood through snowstorms, rain, and the hellacious 60+mph winds we have. The carabiners have been outside since I purchased them 01/23/23. There is no rust, no degradation of material, and they still open perfectly, even after being subjected to snow, rain, heat of the sun, dust, and chicken pecking. If I need more, I will re-order these.

Great product and very useful with my own products. I buy at least two packages a month. They look good and are reliable. I also REALLY appreciate the plastic containers they are shipped in. Very nicely packaged and I have found a great use for all of them. If you don't mind telling me, I'd love to know where I can find those clear plastic containers? I'm not even sure what to search for. Thank you!

I bought these to close individual wire fences for young trees at our cottage. The 4' high fences prevent deer and rabbits from damaging the young trees. The fences are 3' - 4' in diameter and we need to get inside every few weeks in the summer to trim weeds, service the drip irrigation emitters, or maintain the mulch at the base of the trees. I use three carabiners per fence; one at the top, one in the middle, and one at the bottom. The carabiners were all completely functional and properly alligned, unlike those from some other low cost suppliers, apparently. Also useful for hanging stuff on backpacks, etc. Not for moderate or heavy loads, though.
