▲Will tlhis spring allow the antenna to bend 90° without breaking?
It depends on what you mean by "bend 90°". The spring itself will NOT bend 90 degrees without taking a permanent set. It will bend about 60 degrees without damaging the spring. If you combine the flex of the antenna and the spring, it will bend to 90 degrees.
▲Does this spring have a copper braid in the center?
Yes all springs have a copper braid through the center.

Way to stiff. Antenna will get damaged before these bend enough to protect it.

Took 2 mins to install, my antennas now sit a tiny bit higher, I can now bend and strap them down if I need the clearance and they’ll go right back up perfectly and they swing around as I drive which I love, great product!

Too heavy springs bought them so antennas wouldn’t break if you had some thing e.g. tree branches but the springs are too heavy. They don’t protect the antenna at all.
