I am a fan of Star Tech products as I think they are built well so I was disappointed with this cable. The cable is thicker than most (hope that means something) and the connectors have a nice sturdy feel. My disappointment arises when I try to plug the DP end into my computer's video card. The cable I was using (not Star Tech) gives me a nice "click" when it seats into the card's socket, not so with the Star Tech. The DP end of the Star Tech card does not seat easily as it hangs up on the computer case's expansion slot metal frame! The DP end does not seat as the metal male end is too short or the plastic molding is to long? I don't know and I don't care, all I want is that comforting "click". Things seems to work fine but I am disappointed at having spent 3X as much for this cable as a "standard" cable for something that seems inferior. Can't you do better Star Tech?

会社支給のHP EliteBook 820 G3とEIZO SX2262Wで特に問題なく画面表示できました。後は耐久性だけ。個人持ちの自作PC(GA-Z170X-UD+NVIDIA QUADRO M2000)とEIZO S170の接続用に追加購入するか思案中。
