I liked the portability of this unit, the hose is plenty long as well. Has great pressure for cleaning home heat pump and cleaning vehicle wheels.Well worth the price I paid and will buy one of the smaller units later on.

Living in northern Ontario, we have a lot of salt on the roads, and little opportunities to wash it off because of the cold. (Can’t pull out the garden hose when it’s -10)I fill this with water, and it gives enough to wash and rinse the car. (Fill it twice if you want to get the wheels and wheel wells cleaned properly)Not quite garden hose pressure or volume, but reasonable.Deducted one star because nozzle broke almost immediately. (My Gardenia nozzle with quick connect was a direct replacement though, so …)

Aunque la presión no es igual a una hidrolavadora "normal" es bastante efectiva para lavar autos y camionetas el depósito es suficiente para lavar un auto completo y la batería me dura entre 4 y 5 usos completos de cada depósito de agua, es decir 5 autos con una carga de la batería, aparte se carga relativamente rapido, entre una y dos horas. Sin duda una excelente compra

Unit arrived from Amazon. Inspected both Amazon packaging and Sun Joe box for damage and all seemed in order. My husband unpacked the pressure washer from the box and checked that all parts / accessories were received and that all was in good order.Charged the battery and did the simple assembly to connect the hose and the nozzle to the machine. As it is winter here, we took the machine to our basement mudroom that has a door to the backyard. This mudroom contains a laundry sink that allowed us to fill the tank on the pressure washer. We put the pressure washer on the floor and used a small 1 gallon watering can to fill the 5 gallon tank part way with 3 gallons of water. All seemed good. No leaks.Inserted fully charged battery and closed the battery compartment. Opened the basement back door so we could shoot the water outside, started up the pressure washer and did the "bleed process" to clear air from the line. Then did a few more squirts with the nozzle on pinpoint to see how far the jet of water would go into the back yard and to judge the force of the jet of water.The pump was running roughly from start. It sounded like a V8 running on 7 cylinders. After a few squirts of the nozzle we saw a large pool of water on the floor. Water was leaking from the bottom of the machine. It was running out of two recessed screw holes.We contacted Amazon who told us we could return the machine for full credit. We repacked the machine and all parts / accessories in the Sun Joe box and the Amazon box and shipped the return via UPS with Amazon return labels. Received full credit from Amazon. Amazon service was great.Sun Joe product was not great. Good idea but poor quality. We have seen some other reviews with similar problems. As there was no visible damage to the outside of the unit we can only assume that something was not connected properly inside the machine during manufacturing or something came loose inside the machine during shipping. Note, Sun Joe just packs this machine in a tight fitting thick cardboard box, with no styrofoam or cardboard support or insulation.First time buying a Sun Joe or Snow Joe product. Last time we will buy a Sun Joe of Snow Joe product. Very bad first impression and a waste of time.

We use this item to cool our search dogs down before and after a search exercise. It is also perfect to wash down my kayak and mountian bike when away from home before we put them on top of the vehicle. Love how portable it is. Easy to carry and the battery lasts a while.

I like this - but - hardly a 'pressure' washer. My garden hose can do better. What it is good for is washing things outside where there is not a hose nearby: the car, the windows, deck. It is great. Battery life is good, it charges fairly fast and the hose is really long. You need muscles if you fill up the tank, luggage type wheels would be a plus.

I have used this for spraying weedkiller and it is fantastic. The 5 gallon size and ability to spray a large area with one swipe makes it ideal for driveways and large areas and also sprays a narrow bead more than 60' which comes in handy for getting the gypsy moss and hornets nests out of the trees. They say it's for "water", meh, this is a lawn and garden punp sprayer on steroidsThe veg kill and weed killer chemicals will probably shorten the lifespan but I have used this a LOT all summer (hundreds of gallons) and this is still working great. Even if I get only one season the time savings and wase of use makes this a dealThe only negative is the black hose they supply is more like tubing and is not very flexible and tangles easy. I upgraded it to a good quality rubber 1/4 " pressure sprayer hose which works much better

It worked for what I needed it to do but when I was filling up the unit on my kitchen counter it was leaking somewhere out of the bottom (not from where the hose plugs into. When I realized it was leaking my kitchen counter already had a huge puddle of water on it. I quickly brought it outside to do the cleaning job and it did work for what I needed it to do but it did continue to leak. I checked all the connections and it’s definitely not something I am doing wrong, it leaks from somewhere under the unit behind the plastic paneling on the bottom. I’ll keep using for now but I may end up returning this because it’s pretty annoying that it leaks like it does. Pretty bummed out and disappointed, this looked like a really great and handy tool.Update 6/28/2021: so on the very first use it leaked and I believe I may have found out why. See the picture for my review. I found that plastic piece loose inside of the tank so I’m thinking where it broke off from is where the tank is leaking water from. Just by looking at the plastic I can tell that part was made from super cheap brittle plastic that would have probably broke soon anyways had it not have broken off before I even got the unit. Quite a few other reviews also mentioned that it leaks so I’ll bet this is the culprit.Come on Sun Joe! I’ve seen better quality tools from harbor freight.

Good for balconies. You do have to make sure the hose is on properly or it will leak. Once on correct...perfect. Well worth the money.

Pros: Great for washing your car, I've washed my car 3 times on one charge. Powerful pressure, long hose, 5 gallon capacity. When turned on it creates pressure only when you pull the trigger, not too loud, adjustable spray nozzle.Cons: Heavy when washer is filled. This is not a negative comment but the trigger leaked when pulled, I called Sun Joe and got a replacement nozzle. Washer does not leak, super easy to use and it works like it should. Very happy with this washer.
