Easy to cut for your size and the best inserts I have ever used. On my feet 8-10 hrs at work and they make any shoe into a comfortable. Work shoe! No more tired legs/aching feet

These were recommended to me by a friend. I have flat feet and these work really well for me. I have been using them in trainers but could be easily trimmed to fit different shoes. I will buy again.

Bought these to replace stock insoles in a pair of basketball shoes and they immediately eliminated any arch/ankle/hip tightness that I had before. I ended up buying two more pairs for my running and hiking shoes.I have somewhere between a medium to high arch and super narrow feet and these were perfect.

I kept getting blisters at the ball of my foot during my daily walks in spring, so I swapped out the insoles of my running shoes with these. No more blisters! My feet were also adjusting to my increased walking after winter, so it's hard to say how much of the blisters coming/going was due to that, but I like to think the insoles helped at least quicken the process!

Bonnes semelles, que j'ai mis à la place de celles d'origines de mes Brooks Glycerin (pour courir). De bonnes sensations, je me sens bien dedans et mes orteils ne me font plus mal. Je recommande !

These insoles are easy to trim to size to fit, and are a lower profile than other Superfeet insoles. I started wearing superfeet insoles at the recommendation by an osteopath to help with plantar fasciitis, which they do. But the disadvantage is that they do make shoes a bit tighter, so this has to be taken into consideration. These pink insoles fit into my narrower shoes so I still have the support I need. And yes, they can be moved from one pair of shoes to another. They are also comfortable to wear in hot weather with no tights (remember the heatwave this summer). The colour is great as well. Nothing quite like a splash of bright pink to cheer up a pair of plain black shoes.

They fit too small in the heel, so not for my feet. I wear a size 7 and have a narrow foot.If they fit properly then they would have been good, as they are ultimately comfortable in the arch but because of the fit of the heel and resulting pain, I can’t wear them.

This is my 2nd pair of these. Bought previously from other seller. Great fit. Had difficulty finding these in size C (6.5 - 8) in Sport check or elsewhere locally , although other sizes available. Recommended..
