I se this insert in my Asics sneakers to support my high insole and make my feet comfortable. I use it for everyday walking and my feet feel great. When the insole starts to wear out my feet let me know right away.

Pay no attention to this review, because your feet and shoes are different than mine. I've tried a ton of these insoles from various manufacturers and I believe it's very random how "well" one fits vs. another because there's too many variables involved. That said, I like these because they have a decent amount of cushion and aren't too thick. They fit best in my taller hiking shoes than in my tennis shoes. I also tried a pair in my ski boots, and they work pretty well there, but ski boots are especially random because they fit so tight. Good luck!

Love the support and feel. Put them in some Keen hiking boots and they're way better than the stock ones. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Started out with one pair to try in my hiking boots, because I would suffer excruciating pain in the heels after a long one, these insoles are very supportive, ended up buying a whole bunch of them to put in all my shoes/boots, even put a pair in my Keen howser slippers, to get the same support at all times, I feel they are helping a lot with my plantar fasciitis and collapsed arches, they are also helping with my back posture.

I love these insoles, I work as a geologist and have these in my hiking boots. I hike nearly 6km a day 3 weeks straight and these have saved my feet! I have worn through a pair and bought another. Would recommend!

I thought these were going to be so much better than the original liners in my hiking boots. Wow was I wrong. Since I stared using these I have blisters on both my heels and extreme lower back pain. I am going back to the original boot liners. These definitely did not work for me and were not worth the price paid.
