Using it for my office Shoe. I have to walk alot. My back feels really supported and does not pain. I had problem with lower back. I had to cut and reshape as per my Shoe. My chiropractor recommended to use one. Happy with this one.

I inserted the insoles into my work boots for pain relief. They have high arch support and shock absorption. I can feel the deep heel cup that gives me cushioning and foot stability. I utilize the insoles during my regular work shifts when I have to stand most of the time and frequently walk. Yet the insoles significantly reduce the fatigue I typically experience in my legs and lower back by the end of the day. Additionally, the breathable fabric of the insoles minimized my foot odor. The rigid arch support helps in minimizing the discomfort associated with my flat feet. I feel less discomfort, particularly during extended periods of standing, which had been a persistent challenge in the past.

I received these High Arch Support Plantar Fasciitis Insoles from Amazon Vine, and these insoles are quite lightweight, easy to insert into different shoes, and they have made a noticeable difference in my daily comfort. So, I am glad that I decided to try these insoles because my feet were constantly aching, and I needed something to provide better arch support and cushioning.These insoles have a deep heel cup and they provide a good amount of cushioning to my feet, which has been helping to maintain my feet stable throughout the day. As my dad has aged, his arches have started to collapse. Coupled with his chronic lumbar disc herniation, this has made it diffcult for him to walk or exercise for a long time.I chose this pair of shoes insoles for my dad. The insoles are of moderate firmness and thickness, with a reinforced hard material layer at the arch. They also have no distinct odor.My dad put the insoles into his usual sneakers. After using them for a few days, he felt that the insoles fit his arches very well, providing excellent support and breathability, and effectively wicking away sweat. His symptoms of foot numbuness and back pain have significantly improved. Now, he can spend more time in the garden and hike longer distances.A suitable insole can greatly enhance comfort in our daily lives and activities, especially for those with flat feet and lumbar disc herniation. Got these for my 3 yr old yonex badminton shoes and it's somehow improved my game... I feel more stable, the arch support is absolutely amazing and these files are in general very comfortable. Great value for money and great fit.
