After only 2 uses this thing broken off where the bench goes into the base. Stem that goes into base is welded with only a few small tack welds that have no penetration. My rifle was on the bench and loaded ready to shoot. luckily i hadnt taken the rifle off safe yet. My rifle, scope, and suppressor are all now scratched from the fall. Steer clear of this

nice product and heavy duty

I received the shooting bench in just a few days. As I assembled it, two small parts vital to the assembly were slightly damaged and the bench could not be assembled and used. I called customer service and requested that they send me the two parts. They said they didn't have any extra parts so I would have to disassemble it and ship the whole bench back and they would replace it. I offered to pay for the parts but they said they didn't have any parts, period. They were nice, just not helpful. I took the bench to my workshop and was able to correct the mis-threaded "lower gun rest" and grind an out-of-round "platform connector" to fit.I am now pleased with the product. If you don't have a grinding wheel and a tap-and-die set you would be unable to use this bench.

Product was easy to assemble and very sturdy, I was very pleased with the product ! Not so much with the condition of the package when it arrived, the box looked like it was rolled down a hill, box was tore open and the seat was tore.
