Read other reviews and saw it arrives in multiply shipments. Last boxes arrived today. Husband is livid no hardware arrived so have lots of peices all over my deck. Looks nice but would be better if we could use it....

Horrible Quality!!It was advertised as new, and we received a used set!- Hardware was previously used, bent, missing items- Patio set was obviously used, pads were worn, it had been put together and taken apart- Hardware shows signs of previous usage- Hardware sent in significantly used zip lock baggies...- Table is scratched and has stains- Pillows show signs of previous usage and bags were open- Missing tools from hardware list- Instructions were shipped outside the packageI work as a Quality Manager for a global company and have not run into this type of quality neglect in some time. Extremely disappointed in this product...

Looks really good, wish it was taller sits lower then a normal chair, not as sturdy as I thought. Cushions are thin and uncomfortable

Really nice outdoor furniture set. Aside from the fact that 3 of the 4 boxes arrived a week late due to hazardous weather conditions on the east coast, once we got everything, we were very pleased. It took my husband and I 3.5 hours to put together, working with just the tools that were provided. I love the color scheme of black and grey. It is very rare nowadays. My favorite part is the dining table. I love that is so large so we can sit out here and have a meal if we wanted to as opposed to just lounging. It’s not made of wood and wicker, but a wood-looking type plastic and wicker. So, I don’t really have to worry about staining it. And it makes it easy to clean. The cushions aren’t that bad either. It’s nice that there are 3 ottomans with cushions that actually attach. This creates 3 additional seating, if needed. My only minor issue is the fact that the main cushions and pillows don’t anchor or stay put in any way. The slightest movement and the pillows fall down or the cushions needs to be reset, but that is not a deal-breaker for me. Only time will tell how long this set will last, but I sprayed the cushions with scotch guard and bought a furniture cover to help with that.
