Every year, from the last Friday of October to Remembrance Day on November 11, The Royal Canadian Legion distributes Poppies to remember Canada’s Fallen and accepts donations through the Poppy Campaign to raise funds for Veterans and their families. The Poppy has a long history in Canada. Inspired by Lieutenant-Colonel John McCrae’s poem ‘In Flanders Fields’, the Poppy was adopted by The Royal Canadian Legion in 1921 as the official symbol of Remembrance for Canada’s Veterans.

I am happy we have the option of getting our poppies online. These are the exact same ones that you would get from the volunteers.And all the proceeds still go towards the Royal Canadian Legion.

Came when promised. Saved having to go out and find a place that had them. Very convenient. Very nice . Have a center piece for it so it won't fall off and I won't get stabbed by the pin. First of knew about Amazon having them. Very good idea.
