I'm not using it in a vehicle, but rather as a control for operating a 12 volt magnetic lock. Very simple hookup, works every time.

I used it as a cut off switch for my Grandsons mini bike. I put 12 volts to the center 2 connections and used the other connections as a switch on the coil wire. So far so good.

The disconnect switch works very well. The hardware included in the package is good to use for the install. I did not like the fact that it was a complete power disconnect which would reset the clock and lose some preset radio stations. It also would not allow you to open the vehicle with the remote power locks. I solved this problem by adding a bypass around the switch with a 30 amp fuse. Now when i turn the disconnect switch off, the power locks works along with the interior lights come on. The clock or the radio station does not reset. If I try to start the truck with the disconnect switch turned off, the 30 amp fuse immediately burns out. With the disconnect switch turned on all works as normal.

Upon the unboxing I realized that there were no instructions. So I found videos and information on YouTube on how to install it properly and ever since I installed it it has been working absolutely perfectly completely cuts off the power to the battery and has next to no drain during the night I highly recommend this battery cut off switch set works just as well as the $70 ones and the range on the remote is pretty long too
