This fan is still working like new. I send it to camp with my grandson and to keep my internet router cool and for personal use it shows no signs of wear or slowing down.

Good fan works well. bought this for my wife's office as she works from home and is on the phone all day with clients. The fan is very loud and I took it out of her office because of the phone calls for fear she might not be able to hear her clients and replaced it with another fan. Otherwise good fan blows hard.

I bought this to use in my camper bedroom. Needed something small, lightweight, quiet, powerful, and inexpensive. This fan totally delivered! The clamp is so strong that we leave it clamped in place even during travel and it doesn’t budge!

I am happy with my purchase as this fan works great for how I need to use it. I use it in my craft room when using glues or products that have fumes. It clips on my work station and it blows towards the open window to prevent fumes sitting in the air. I love that it plugs into a wall outlet. Very hard to find ones that do. I found the price rather high as it’s just a plastic fan which is why I took away a star. I am happy it does what I need it to do and it is very quiet which I like. If the price were to lower I would buy this fan again.

I have this fan clamped onto the side of a sturdy wooden bookcase, and am using it to provide ventilation to my home office area in a corner of the living room that is otherwise slightly out of the path of air circulation. I've been using it on the low speed, which is perfectly adequate, and it's pretty quiet as fans go (no fan is silent!). Whirring is more noticeable on the high speed, but for my needs the low speed is fine, and I'm getting an adequate mild breeze from the compact 6" fan.The fan can be directed pretty much wherever you want it to aim, by using both the tilt adjustment as well as a rotation adjustment (you just rotate it gently to the direction you want, sort of clicking it around). Just to confirm, the power cord is 4 feet long (I measured it); you might need to use an extension cord to reach an outlet.Initially, we had some trouble attaching the fan's head with the provided adjustment screw and nut; it took a while to get the nut screwed securely on, it seemed that the screw was too short. However, finally, we got it tightened on, and it's fine now.The provided base seems handy and stable, but clamping it onto the bookcase allows me to aim it better and takes less room. I'm storing the base in case needed for a future use. The clamp is quite strong and secure, and I have hopes for longevity of this fan, although it is all plastic. (I was replacing a previous 8" clamp-on fan which had a metal screen over the front.) I have only had it 2 days but so far so good. I am pleased.NOTE: I wrote this review last year after receiving the product, but somehow the review ended up under the wrong product. I have now had this fan for over a year, and it continues to work well so I am resubmitting it here.
