After years of using lunge lines for horses, I bought this one for my 8-month-old goldendoodle, who has a lot of energy & likes to run. Since we don’t have a fenced yard, I thought I’d try this. It works beautifully for everything from fetching balls to running in a circle when he has the “zoomies”. It provides a way to give him the exercise he needs when normal-paced walking isn’t enough. It was a good value, and I would buy it again for a horse or a dog.

Bought this to tether my dogs while camping works well. Only if they knew how to not get tangled. Not manufacturers fault

These work great as long lines for training and ground driving (I wouldn't recommend for an actual lunge line because they are not heavy duty).

This lunge line is a bit more narrow than the ones I'm more used to. It's more like a very long dog leash. Funny though, that's what I had a need to use it for with our German Shepherds when our fence was in need of repair. It worked beautifully for that purpose. I just like a wider lunge line for horses.

Broke in less than a week. Was not used for a horse but a husky dog. I will need to go to a tack shop for a proper lunge line.

Bought this lunge line as a long dog leash (and occasional exercise tool for my fat mare:) Good value for the money! My nearest pet store didn’t offer anything close to this length for less than twice the cost.

Definitely do not use these as a lunge line. Nylon burns like heck. Use a good rope one instead. Throw away your nylon halters if you've got those, use leather or rope. This wont go near my horse, I do however use these for the dogs and they work great for this purpose.
