Has a terrible smell. Been using it for a month and the smell gets worse. Like off gassing plastic. I use it in a small treatment room and it fills room with the smell when I open the door. And the towels have same smell. Also the ones uv light doesn’t turn off automatically when the door opens.

This is a nice sized machine, perfect for a personal bathroom or gym. The instructions aren’t even bare bones so I had to do some googling on how to use it. You soak some face towels, roll them up, and place them inside. For how long? Who knows, the instructions don’t say. There’s two on/off switches, both are unlabeled so you have to play with it to figure out which is heat and which is UV light. I don’t know why they couldn’t add a little light bulb symbol or something. The included cord is very short so it really limits where you can place it in an older bathroom. This makes it kind of a hassle but a warm face towel is such a nice feeling, worth it. I’d say it’s a nice personal use model, just plan ahead and figure out placement before buying it. It’s quite small and unobtrusive, the size of those mini skincare fridges that were almost a thing a few years back. The cost of this unit and a pack of cotton face towels is worth it to have that spa experience at home, despite the the drawbacks of this model.

Ever since moving into a home with two bathrooms, meaning I now have my own, I've been on a mission to create a mini-spa at home. This towel warmer is a great addition. This is not a towel warmer into which you put your bath towel so that it is toasty upon exiting the shower. It is designed for damp towels so that you can steam your face/neck.It is very compact, about 8.5x10.5x11.75. The towels heat up fairly quickly, and the outside of the unit doesn't get hot. I have a couple of those face-shaped towels designed for the purpose, but this would also work with washcloths or small hand towels.Like almost all new appliances that heat up, the first few runs produced a "new product odor." If you have used a new hot roller set or flat iron, you will be familiar. It did fade after a few uses. The included instructions leave something to be desired. I feel like it is very self-explanatory in the first place, but I do understand that some kind of instructions/safety information is necessary. That said, I felt like I had a grip on how to operate out of the box, and the instructions added nothing (even made me feel a bit confused). Finally, the cord is short, so if your outlet isn't near the baseboard and is halfway up the wall like mine, you'll need to elevate the unit.I'm happy with this towel warmer and feel one step closer to having my at-home mini spa. Since it can also be used for hot stones, my next step is to get a small set of them to try out--if the warming of towels is any indicator, this unit will create perfect hot stones as well.

This Towel Warmer, 5L Hot Bath Towel Warmer Cabinet is very impressive. It is a good quality warmer, holds 12 towels, easy to set up and operate, and gets them very very warm.

I’m using this to help with my son’s skincare and reduce razor burn when he shaves. It heats up quickly and maintains temperature well. Fits a decent amount of towels, so it may work for professional use as well. Size is good for a home bathroom.
