Secure and easy fit, MIGHT want to use a longer 3mm hex key than included if you don't have a lot of hand strength and DO have a slip-on faucet fixture (bare ยฝ" pipe).I have a shower fixture built into the wall, this diverter is really useful for splitting the flowโmore pressure/flow rate from the diverter attached to the faucet, and a lower flow rate from the wall fixture makes it perfect for a rainfall showerhead above, and a handheld shower head attached to this.

Metal connections lasting longer than one I had with plastic attachment that cracked easily if over tightened. Sturdy connection is holding up so far and the diverter works well directing water to my handheld shower head. You may need a decorative wall cover/spacer to get the right spacing to your wall since it depends on how close you can get to vertical when the faucet is tight there might be a gap.

Great product! I had purchased a spout at a big-box retailer near me but it was too long for the pipe in my bathroom. (I never paid attention to the fact this could be an issue.).I found this one on Amazon and it works perfectly. Quality is better than the one I had purchased previously -- more high-end hardware and overall feel of the spout.Nb--be certain to check the length of pipe the spout will accommodate and read the specifications for the item carefully.

Had it installed by a professional plumber, lasted three weeks then failed. All the internal joins are plastic and there is no support for the center link, which is also made of plastic (this is the part that failed). These tub spouts with an outlet are hard to find and most that are available have poor reviews. Better to source them from a plumbing supply shop, one they can guarantee.

The pressure/flow at the shower attachment on this spout is GREAT, which is exactly what we were looking for.The flow from the spout itself isn't the best, though. Also, it seems very cheaply made.

Cheaper quality. Weird length so the plumbing shows a bit. If thereโs to much water pressure the shower mode leaks out the faucet. But it serves itโs purpose

The slip fitting is much better than the spout that came with my valve set in that it doesn't leak. Unfortunately the female threads inside the spout are not concentric to the housing which cants the spout when installed. Will probably replace when I find a better unit.Edit. Now that I've actually used the shower and discovered how and why the flow rate was so poor, I can only give it one star. The shower take off was almost completely plugged with thread sealant. The casting and slip fitting are nice but the rest is very poor.
