Bought this to replace the other eliptical stepper I had but gave my boyfriend. This one has a handle for easier moving (which I love - the other one didn't). The other one had a lip completely around the food 'pedals', though, that made it great for using both standing and sitting. This one has a lip only around half of it, so when I am standing (it has to face the other way when standing) I have to be a lot more careful that my feel don't slip. The treads on the 'pedals' on this one also are not as good as on the other one. Finally, the section that gives a read-out on calories, rpm, etc. is not easy to open and insert the battery in. This is inconsequential to me, but may be important for someone else. Having said all this, it is definitely worth the price, and I use it daily. Very good buy for the $163 I paid for it.

Easy to assembled and worked fine for about three weeks, but then it started making a huge amount of noise and it was impossible to reach customer service/talk to anyone. No one has gotten back to me still. It’s basically a useless hunk of junk now and it’s only a month old.

This is a great product. I was looking for an under desk elliptical that offered multiple tension levels, and tracked everything from calories, time and distance. This portable machine does it all. Easy to put together, no additional tools required, it comes with everything you need. It's smooth traction and very quiet.The only negative is its a little heavy for the size, but I don't plan on moving it from under my desk.

I like that I can use this exerciser while standing or sitting. Was disappointed that I couldn't use it while sitting on the couch. I needed to be on a higher stool to be able to comfortably pedal, but it works very well from that position. I'm 74 so don't have strength enough in my legs to pedal it from a lower position.

I have been using mine every day for a few months now. The box is very heavy so be careful carrying it. The assembly was complicated but the instructions were clear. So far it continues to run really well and is very quiet. It ocassionally makes a clicking noise but otherwise no quality concerns.

Hoping customer care may contact me as i cannot figure out how to contact them directly. The machine was easy to assemble and great fit for my office however there is a loud scraping noise whenever i try to use it which is not office friendly. Will probably be returning if i cannot figure out how to fix the noise.
