I purchased this for my senior mother, who uses a walker, so that she could put her cup of tea or coffee in the holder and use her walker safely with both hands.This holder is poorly designed and required adaptation to make it work. The cup holder is tall and narrow, more designed for a water bottle than anything else, and is too small to hold a coffee mug. There are two hard plastic tabs inside the cup holder that seem to be there to 'grip' the cup, but the plastic is so hard that we could not push in a cup easily.The solution to make this work was to cut the plastic tabs off completely, and limit my mother to using specific, narrow cups that fit in the holder.In hindsight, I should have paid better attention to the width of the cup holder before purchasing or asked for a return or refund and bought another model.I highly recommend that anyone purchasing this think about the type of cup, mug, or bottle that they will be most often carrying and take measurements of the diameter to make sure it will fit before buying.

Cup holder worked great it was exactly what we needed however it broke after being on the wheelchair for 1 week.

We bought this cup holder for my mom's rollator and she loves it. It's very convenient. It will hold a cup, thermos bottle or plastic water bottle. When we put the rollator in the car trunk the cup holder can easily be moved on the rollator bar to allow the rollator to be folded. The extra clips that come with it are great for holding hats, masks or light bags.

The only thing that fits in here properly are those disposable water bottles from Costco. Kind of a waste if you ask me.
