Ordered for my husband for his unsteady stride. We took it to his PT to see if it was a good walking stick and worth trying. He started practicing with PT's help and immediately we noticed he could walk standing upright and no bending over. It is a little tricky to coordinate but with practice he will be able to hold himself upright and walk with confidence. In one day we saw marked improvement so on a daily basis he should do better. We think and medical advice is positive and worth the money.

I am not able to use this product. My balance is so bad, they are not enough support for me. I have had to order one of your rollators. The hiking poles are in the same condition as the day I received them. I felt like I would fall when I tried to use them. Wanted to ask if at all possible, could I get a refund? If so, I would greatly appreciate it....
