  • [SIZE]: 3 inch hook and loop backing pad, Max RPM 15000, M6 x 1.0 Thread.
  • [USAGE]: The backing pad is used with sanding papers or polishing pads, for use on angle grinders, bench grinders, electric drills and other pneumatic and electric tools. Widely used for wood products, auto-mobiles, furniture, metal products, floor and wall sanding and polishing.
  • [MATERIAL]: The PP material is durable and not easy to crack, resistant to low temperature -20°C. The high toughness cushion and the special-shaped processing surface fit more comprehensively and have good air permeability.
  • [FEATURES]: Hook and Loop backing can be replaced quickly and easily, has strong bonding ability. The hooks of the sticking plate are closely arranged, the distribution is full and even, is not easy to loose and slide.
  • [NOTE]: The adapter rod is a left-handed thread, and the direction of rotation should be clockwise. If you rotate it counterclockwise, the backing pad may loosen. It is recommended to idling for more than one minute before use, and observe whether the machine is operating normally.


1.3 inch back holders are designed to fit diamond polishing pads, Max RPM 15000.
2.Sanding Pads could be attached to any polishing pads easily and allows for a fast switching between different grit size.
3.Connect a back holder to the polisher, and attach a polishing pad to the back holder.
4.Using a thicker J-Hook design made from a more heat resistant material, and implementing a stronger adhesive.
5.Please use with power tools with M6 x 1.0 thread spindle. (thread spindle is not included here)

The Backing Pad arrived in a re-sealable bag with the identifying sticker missing from the top surface. It's possible that this was a return item that had been sent back out again to another customer. Given its price and the requirement to travel to a Post Office, I haven't yet bothered with sending it back but, likely I will. Just a warning to others - check what you receive.

The original backing pad for my Matco/Silver Eagle SE730 mini polisher. The original pad disintegrated. This screwed right in and seems sturdy. Cheap enough to buy a spare now.
