I am an intermediate player in a number of ensembles, and I noticed an instant improvement in my tone, which was already pretty good. It also makes tonguing a little easier. These are subtle differences that are likely more valuable to an intermediate or advanced player who gigs or plays regularly, than to a beginner or infrequent player.

Vandoren M15 Bb Clarinet Mouthpiece is a good one. It is easy to blow high notes with a good sound. It should use 3 1/2 or harder reeds. I also like profile 88' beak angle. I feel comfort for this angle.

J'ai acheté ce bec pour ma fille qui joue depuis 3 ans maintenant. Elle a plus de facilité à jouer et à atteindre les notes dans le sur aigüe. C'est un changement radical.
