So far this keyboard is great.For some reason the sound doesn't go low though.At least I can see each control though.

After unboxing,we noticed the keys in the photo shown are stuck in this position. I’ve looked through the manual and there is no way to fix this.As far as I can tell. If someone else went through this please share.

I was great. I got it for Christmas and loved it. The timbers and rhythms, and especially the light-up keys were wonderful! I loved learning the demo songs, although wish I didn't have to read the booklet to find specific tunes.Volume-wise, it was too loud for us. Even volume 1 was loud, but we got used to it after a while. Pausing for too long would auto-reset rhe volume to highest, which was startling on more than one occasion... You could apply different volumes to different sounds being played simultaneously, which was neat, especially so I could lower the background sounds of the demos.Never had a chance to use the mic.The stand was great for holding up a device, but not so supportive of a music book as the book kept trying to close or fall forward because there was no bottom rim to help keep it open. I should have tried clipping the book at the top so it would stay open...When playing alongside an educational app, I noticed that some key sounds didn't pick up correctly, and assumed it was the fault of the device's microphone. However, after about a month, those keys started making occassional strange erratic noise, then stopped working altogether.Thankfully with the extended Christmastime return window, I was still able to return it. I set it up for UPS pickup, and was supposed to receive my refund as soon as it was picked up, but I'm still waiting (several hours later).

This keyboard is not the best quality, but I truly feel like it’s the best first keyboard to see if my interested in playing. Once my child figured out the power button, we noticed that the volume does not stay down every time he turned it back on, so it’s been really fun over here. Let me tell you. lol great if you can deal with bringing the volume down every single time they turn it back on it’s a little obnoxious!!
