My wife and I occasionally play out and it's necessary to have a decent music stand. This one checks all the boxes. It's easy to assemble and break down. It's sturdy. The lip on the shelf is wide enough to easily hold a notebook. The feet on the base are adjustable for different applications. It's heavy enough to be stable. It's super easy to adjust height and angles. It's well worth the price. Glad we found it.

So much of this music stuff is built pretty poorly, but this appears very sturdy, heavier than expected. The height adjustment is exactly what I needed, and is low enough to set in front of you during a gig, and the audience can still see you. Also love the beer shelf, which can also be used for less important objects, :).Mostly, I’ll just leave it set up, as it takes a few minutes to assemble, but goes together very easy, another plus. So much of this stuff is a pain to assemble. Very pleased, exactly what I was looking for. And priced reasonably, too.

Very solid and goes up quite high. Excellent while sitting on an orchestra riser to support a heavy folder. The shelf is a good size too so music doesn't slip off.

Not too heavy to lift, but has some weight to it when folded up and packed in the carrying case, but not overbearing. I like the fact it is easy to put together, especially after the trial unpacking. Do go to the trouble of unpacking, assembling and repackage, before you take it out on that gig!Nice tray to hold stuff could be optional. I like it, to hold my tuning key and glasses, which I need for distance but not up close. Shelf is big enough for tuner, glasses and maybe 2-3 other items. Only drawback, when you add things to the shelf and move the stand, be careful not to dump the stuff on the floor.Very sturdy. I recommend to any serious traveling musician.
