This jacket is great! It fits beautifully, it has ample pockets and the heat elements are in the perfect places. I also love the fact the hood is detachable. But all of that pales in comparison to the customer service I have received from this company. I had an issue with the original battery, it didn't last for any length of time, even though fully charged. But the company replied promptly and went over and above to make sure I had what I needed to make it work. I would definitely recommend purchasing from them, you will NOT be disappointed.

It fits really nice. Has a shape to it, that is nice fit for women. It heats up fast and all over. I use it to walk the dog out in the woods in the winter and I am so nice and warm.It changes temperature on its own or you can but it works really well.

I simply love this jacket so far. I purchased it cause I’m a trucker that’s in and out the truck and sometimes have to wait inside my truck to be unloaded and with temps in below teens and 20’s this came in handy. I love the style. I’m 5’3 200lbs and got an XL. The jacket is a little heavy but not too much. It’s comfortable for me and the quality is amazing. I love that it comes with 3 settings and it heats up the front, shoulders, and back. It has really saved me from being cold when I’m unable to idle my truck in freezing temps. This jacket is great! Lightweight. The battery is not bulky and heavy. The locations of the heat are perfect for that athlete that needs to keep arms and shoulders warm. Highly recommended.

I loved my jacked but My jacket stopped working after a few months.. customer service was AMAZING and sent me their newest version of my jacket and it worked perfect! Even bought my mom one for Christmas! Great product and great support!The jacket is so warm don’t even need the heater! It’s just a plus!

I bought this for my Daughter for a Christmas gift. She fully charged the battery and only 3 of the 4 lights came on. She left on an ATV trip and turned it on and the battery wouldn’t work at all. She tried charging it again when she returned home and it wouldn’t even charge. I purchased this jacket before christmas so the 30 day warranty expired before we realized it didn’t work. So unless i want to pay another $120.00 for a replacement battery. Wasted of money. I would not recommend this product.Soon after submitting my revue of this product, I was contacted by the seller. They sent me a new battery right away. They were very easy to deal with and at this point I would purchase from them in the future. They stand by their products. I rated a 4 because the jacket doesn’t heat up as much as I would like but it is comfortable and seems to be well made.

Very nice coat, fits great, nice material - heats WAY better than my Milwaukee heated coat for reference. Certainly a great buy; would highly recommend.For size reference, I'm 5'6", 125lb, and the size small is perfect. I can still fit a thick sweater underneath.

Honestly disappointed. This jacket was phenomenal - when it worked. I had it for a few months, then the wires stopped working and wouldn’t heat up. Venustas was great, and replaced the jacket without any issues.The replacement jacket stopped working within a few months of getting it (same issue as before). Their customer service reached out again recently, and I had told them that the jacket stopped working again. They then stopped answering, despite me prompting the conversation several times.The jackets great, for a few months/weeks.

Bought as a Christmas gift in 2022 . Used for roughly 1 full cold season and the battery is done.I have battery backups of all kinds that are no different to these power storage devices and never have I had one fail in 1.5 years with limited use. and you can only purchase a proprietary battery from Venustas.Not happy.

I would never have considered this coat because it's out of my price range but I recieved an Amazon gift card for Xmas and treated myself. This coat is the best coat I have ever owned. I wish I had saved up money and had bought one years ago. The first trial was at a hockey game in a really old cold arena. I forgot to even turn it on and the jacket kept me warm enough. The second trial was at the second game at the same arena and I was sweating on the hot setting and didn't even need to wear my gloves and hat. The only thing I wished was that I had noticed earlier was the drawstrings at the bottom to tighten up, I was a bit cold on my lower back from the drafty arena, but that was solved the 3rd game after I tightened up the drawstrings (although I do wish the heat went a bit further down the back). The battery pack was still heating on high 3 hours later. Nice big pocket on the front that fit my cellphone. The only thing that bothers me a bit is the straps to tighten the wrist are on the underside and since I have small wrists there is a big lump on the underside of my wrists when I have my arms on my lap or table, it would be more comfortable if the bulk was on top of the wrists. Highly recommend this jacket if you don't like the winter cold or spend time in hockey arenas.

UPDATE: While I still find this not to be a winter coat, customer service is awesome. I received another coat which isn’t far off the first but maybe it’s just that nothing is warm enough for me as the heating is workingThe heating in the chest and back is very minimal. The shoulders heat well. Without the heat this coat will be best suited as a fall/spring coat.
