I bought these for the light sensor and after a storm a week or two after install, one stopped working. We bypassed the sensor and it still functions as a regular light, but that's not what I wanted.

I liked the sturdy construction. I would like to have a motion sensor along with the dawn to dusk so it could be 40% to !00% when motion is detected for a preset time.

These lights are made well out of materials that appear to be meant to last outdoors. The glass is nice and thick and will hopefully stand up to the snowblower.We mounted these lights on 4x4 posts at the top of our driveway for light while cleaning snow. We live in a rural area and there are no street lights (no other houses around either) so it's very dark way out at the road. They are beefy enough that we can see them from the house (which is about 200 feet away from the road) and they aren't dwarfed by the 4x4 posts.The finish on them is nice. It's kind of a powder finish (not shiny). The glass is thick and looks antique with little bubbles in it.We have ours connected to a timer so they only come on for a few hours in the evening and in the morning. They do have a dusk to dawn sensor, but we don't want them to be on all night long.The only reason I only gave 4 stars is because of the way they were packed, the top of the lights were upside down and resting on the bases. This seems to have caused the finish to scrape off in a small area due to rubbing while in transit. It isn't a large area and we could spray it with flat black outdoor paint. However, it would be nice if there were a layer of foam or something between the tops and the bases to prevent damage during shipping.Overall, very nice lights. I would recommend them.

Excellent luminaire extérieur qui s’allume seul le soir et qui s’éteint le matin. Il est également détecteur de mouvement. Il a une allure chalet qui répond bien à mes attentes. Les vitres ont comme des gouttelettes d’eau à l’intérieur qui les rend unique.

It looks great. It's hard to find something a bit less ornate. Installed very easily. I like the fact that it's aluminum and won't rust. It's also a powder coated paint job which seems substantial and I expect it will last a long while. Well priced for the quality. Now buying the wall unit for my entry

This is a heavy and solidly built light fixture. The glass is thicker than the one I was replacing. The glass in my old post fixture was broken by my landscaper when removing a few branches from my yard. Thats how delicate the glass was. I think this one would have survived as it is a thick glass that's stuck on to the metal corners well.The only reason for a drop ⬇️ in star is that both my post caps arrived with a scuff mark on the top. It seems to be from bumping against the grounding bolt as there wasnt anything between the two when unboxing. I used some black nail polish to cover it. Otherwise it's a beautifully and sturdy fixture.When it gets dim outside or a bit after twilight, the lights come on automatically. It means if the kids forget to turn the lights off, at least I know they'll turn off by morning due to the sensor. It is a beautifully modern post light. Gives my yard a refreshing upgraded look from the traditional V shaped post light fixtures I had in the past.Hope the pics are helpful👍.Cheers!
