The insoles are made of high-elastic PU material that is soft, comfortable, non-slip, and wear-resistant. Designed with ventilation holes on the bottom and a mesh fabric that neutralizes odors, the insoles are highly breathable and effectively prevents unpleasant smells, keeping your feet dry and fresh all day. The shoe inserts are available in two sizes: men US 8-12 and women US 5-10, featuring easy-to-follow trimming lines.
How to Fit & Trim
Step 1: Removing
Take out the original insoles. If the pre-existing insoles are glued in place, use the paper template to trim your insoles instead.
Step 2: Aligning
Put the original insole on top of the new insole. Line up the back of the heel and the arch as best you can.
Step 3: Tracing
Trace the pattern onto the new insole using a pen.
Step 4: Trimming
Cut along the outside of the traced line, and then place the new insole in the shoe.

naaaja...Lieferung ging echt schnell, Optik und Haptik sind gut allerdings riechen die Einlegesohlen sehr chemisch.Die Sohlen sind nicht aus Memoryschaum oder Memory-Foam. Davon sind sie weit weg, sie sind aus aufgeschäumten Kunststoff und geben etwas nach wenn man darauf steht. Sie haben aber nichts mit Memoryschaum und dessen Eigenschaften zu tun.Die in den Rezensionen gelobte Passform kann ich nicht bestätigen wie man auf dem Foto sieht Links eine originale 46, rechts die gekauften in 41-46, vielleicht 41-44 aber für mich mit 46 nicht geeignet, da zu klein. Daher gehen sie zurück.

They're comfortable enough. But the size is a little smaller. Barely fit my size 10 no way it would fit an 11, would be too short. Made in China so that might explain the size issue.

They do feel good, but not as thick as they look in pictures on Amazon. Great insoles for the pricepoint nonetheless.

These were a perfect fit without any cutting for youth size 3 US boots (both Bogs and Cougar Storm). They replaced the manufacturers’ insoles that were bunching up. The insoles are thick, especially in the heel area so the boots felt a bit smaller with them in. My daughter said they were warm and comfy, definitely an improvement on the originals!

got them for my kids boots as both heels were sinking in, they help to keep the foot level and dry and are cozy warm too!! I had to cut them down to fit, they have ability to do that with measure lines.... totally perfect and better quality then I could find in stores.

These insoles are lovely! Warm and soft on the feet. Perfect as I wanted them to replace the insoles in my slippers. They don't have any built in arch support, but they are very comfortable. They were easy to size to my foot, and they don't slip once in place.

Corro spesso nei sentieri con scarpe da trail, che periodicamente sostituisco. In realta' le cambio quando sono ancora buone per una passeggiata ma non piu' abbastanza elastiche per la corsa.Da un po' di tempo sto provando ad inserire delle solette morbide per vedere se migliorano il comfort durante, per l'appunto, una semplice passeggiata.Le solette VivoFoot a mio avviso vanno benissimo per questo scopo. Non sono "correttive", nel senso che non cercano di compensare ad es. una eccessiva pronazione o di dare un supporto forte all'arco plantare. Semplicemente sono un po' piu' morbide delle comuni solette, un pochino piu' spesse, con un paio di cuscinetti sul mesopiede e sul tallone.Sostituirle e' semplice, vanno tagliate su misura, ma non seguite le linee tratteggiate con i numeri: appoggiate le vostre e segnatevi il contorno oppure, se avete dei morsetti a molla come quelli che vedete in foto, "pinzatele" insieme e tagliate.Qualche considerazione:- il range 41-46 e' piuttosto ampio e potreste trovarvi a tagliare anche parti piuttosto spesse del bordo. Io in questo caso ho solo smussato il taglio, la scarpa le ospitava lo stesso. In generale vi consiglio di regolare prima la punta, per i lati c'e' tempo, fate prima una prova per evitare di rimuovere inutilmente materiale.- e' possibile che dobbiate regolare le stringhe, in quanto comunque con i loro 4mm abbondanti di spessore (come da foto) sono probabilmente piu' spesse di quelle che usate abitualmente.Il prezzo (12.99 mentre scrivo questa review) e' piuttosto onesto, e nel mio caso direi che avendo esteso la vita di un paio di scarpe, compensando come accennavo il calo di elasticita' dell'intersuola grazie ad una soletta piu' morbida, sicuramente ne vale la pena.Unica avvertenza, come dicevo, e' che non sono solette correttive, quindi prendetele in considerazione solo se avete archi regolari e cercate solo maggiore morbidezza. Se questo e' il vostro caso, a mio avviso queste si meritano 5 stelle.
