This monitor has done its job well for 5 years. It has great range working flawlessly from the top floor of the house to the parent receiver in the basement. Sound is clear and it is completely silent when there are no significant noises. None of that constant white noise (unless my son has his fan on). We have had this for 5 years but never use it on battery mode, it’s always plugged in and it is never turned of. It’s left powered on 24/7. Now that it is 5 years old however, the parent unit will randomly loose connection with the child unit for a couple minutes here or there and beeps to warn the parent it’s not connected. Usually happens a couple times a night. Taking the battery out and putting it back in seems to make it reconnect, but usually it just reconnects on its own after a couple minutes, but super annoying in the middle of the night. But it’s been powered on for 5 years straight all day and night, so it’s due for replacement.

Works pretty good, the battery/batter charge indicator seems to roll a dice and randomly select how changed it thinks it is vs how charged it actually is.Wish they went with a lipo battery and a USB charger vs their own barrel jack charge port.Other then the battery issues the monitor works very well, clear and no delay.

Works as described!! The receiver is sensitive to baby noises and the volume control on the parent unit is great. The range and battery life are very good too. It has more than enough battery to stay unplug throughout the day. I take the parent unit to the backyard and it’s well within range. Wonderful monitor that’s easy to connect and no need for wifi.

Love this monitor! Exactly what I wanted. My grandchildren are getting older and I just need to hear if they need me in the night, not watch a movie of them ... we previously owned a video Monitor which had background noise, an annoying light at night while I was trying to sleep and was so complicated to use. Then it broke after 2 years. Thank goodness... this monitor is much nicer and simpler to use. No annoying light on the parent receiver. Very simple to use. 4 buttons. 1) Power, 2) volume up, 3) volume down and 4) intercom. Clear sound without a fuzzy background noise. I love it ! It’s what we used in the 80’s and 90’s but smaller, better and cord free. And the price is so much better too!

This baby monitor is perfect. Have been using for a few months. Love the rechargeable batteries - I frequently unplug the parent unit as I bring it downstairs during naps/evenings and it lasts for hours. It has different sensitivity settings you can adjust so it won't pick up white noise or small movements. It also has a vibrate feature which is so great for me at night because I like to turn the volume way down or even off completely since I don't want baby waking me up if she's just rolling around in her crib or talking to herself - I only want to hear her if she is actually crying. The vibrate only goes off with sustained noise so that is perfect for me. It vibrates if she is actually crying quite a bit and the vibrating sound wakes me up. The range is also fantastic throughout 3 stories in our home and in our yard. Highly recommend this monitor!

I purchased this monitor for use primarily at the cottage. Everything I read said that these had the best range and I have to say, they have not disappointed! My little guy sleeps in the back bedroom and there are several walls between him and the living room and I can hear him perfectly through this monitor. The monitor also worked well while I was out by the bonfire. I also really appreciate the visual noise level display. I didn't test out the battery life of the parent unit but it did last for a few hours while I was outside. The only real downside, and I wouldn't even call it that really, is that the nightlight is quite dim. I was expecting something a little brighter but you can barely make out the buttons on the unit even with this light on so if you would need another light source if you needed to change a diaper or something.

Good product!! Easy to use and good battery life!5 years later this product still works, I've been using it for almost 6 years now, the only thing that is not working properly is that the battery doesn't charge anymore, I need to keep it connected to the plug, I can't take it with me to use it wireless but overall this is an amazing product, the battery didn't stopped working after 5 years of using it every day so I think this is a very good quality product, I don't think many parents pretend on using this for that long. I did because I had another baby last year and I still use it.I can't complain, this has been a very good purchase and value for the money.

Great little inexpensive monitor! Super easy to set up and use -just plug it in! I get a static sound because it picks up our white noise machine so I keep the volume low at night while I’m sleeping (level 2 out of 5). On level 5 you could easily hear babe if you’re in a loud room like if you’re in the shower or having people over or watching a movie with surround sound on. I like the visual sound indicator light and the vibration feature is great when I’m out working in the yard with my headphones on. Put it in your pocket or clip to your waistband. Fits in the palm of my hand. The parent unit also seems durable because it’s been dropped plenty and still works just fine.
