I’ve really enjoyed using this baby monitor! The video and audio quality are excellent, allowing me to see and hear my baby clearly. The night mode feature is fantastic, as it brightens the display, making it easy to check on my little one even in low light. It’s given me so much peace of mind, and I feel confident that my baby is safe and sound. Recently, I did have an issue with the charging, but I was so impressed with the amazing customer service. They were incredibly responsive and offered to assist with the issue right away. Despite that minor hiccup, I would absolutely recommend this monitor to any paren

Great monitor, fast and easy set up! Literally just plug on and ready to go. Video is in colour for daytime and black and white at night. As it's small and compact and easy to set up we can even take it with us when we travel. Wifi free gives us peace of mind for security as well.There are safety alerts for battery low for monitor that can be turned off.Customer service was fast and easily resolved an issue I had with charging the monitor for free.

We love this baby monitor. It was easy to install, it has night vision and it’s easy to control volume. The pricing compared to others is pretty good. We did not like that the lowest setting of light still lets off a ton of light. It’s tough to sleep through it. You can click the on/off button once to turn the screen off and still have the device working, but then you can’t see your baby. Also, if you’re looking for a baby monitor with an app and ability to tell if the baby is breathing then this isn’t for you. I personally didn’t mind not having it, instead I just zoomed in on the machine to check for breathing.

By far the best camera i have purchased. Very easy to use. Quality of the camera for day and night time use is very clear. Love that it's wifi free. The description of the camera they left is all right. Customer service was very helpful it any questions I had. I would highly recommend purchasing this product

I only used it less than 20 times and it can no longer be charged. I tried each adapter cord and others as well. I noticed if the adapter was plugged into the monitor in a certain position and you hold it with all your strength it could connect, but once you let go it doesn't charge again, then even that didn't work. Pretty useless if you can't charge the device.

After using this monitor for 2 months, we have some thoughts: First, if you want a monitor for distance, this is NOT the product for you. What drew me to this monitor was the affordability and stated distance (product said 1000ft); upon use, the range is barely 200ft. You cannot work in the yard while the baby naps if you use this monitor. What we do like is the ability to move the camera and zoom via the parent monitor. If using inside the home, this is a great affordable, user friendly, option.Pros:- affordability- large monitor screen- ability to move the camera and zoom from parent monitor.Cons:- connectivity barely reaches 200ft- screen is not the clearest (was clearer before we removed the protective sheet)

Does what I need it to do. Has good night vision and sound quality.Mines a little sensitive to objects near it but that’s workable.I do want another camera! But only the camera as the hub has the capability to connect five cameras.Was Speaking with customer service on their website but no longer able to reach them 🤔

(I initially gave this a 1 star and probably still would for the sole reason that it stopped charging. But I’m changing my rating to 5 because of the exceptional customer service. See review update).This is the second unit I have had. The first one stopped charging and was still in the refund window. This one did last longer but now 3.5 months later, my second unit is now not taking a charge. I guess you get what you pay for.UPDATE 6/29/24: seller/manufacturer reached out and offered to replace the unit with an upgrade. (I was not asked to update this review. I’m doing it on my own to share their customer service has been great!). The new unit has a bigger screen and a few more features than the smaller one. So far I like it and it’s working well. I especially like the two way talk feature and the larger screen as wellAs the cameras ability to see more of the room and view both my kids that sleep in this room. I’ll update again after using it for a while, but my initial review is that the quality seems higher compared to the other model.

I was looking for an affordable baby monitor that I could bring with me when we travel or visit relatives. I initially purchased this item due to the great price and good reviews.The picture quality looked great, the unit was crazy easy to set up (plug and play), and was packaged well.The two fatal flaws in my opinion are the following:1. Does not pan around the room ( there is a small feature where when you're zoomed in you can go right slightly and left slightly but this will not give you an image outside of where the camera is DIRECTLY pointing.2. Picture on the parent unit is SO tiny - its really challenging to make out the details of what you're looking atThis is a well built unit and could serve a purpose for other families if you just need to look directly at one very specific area with the camera but overall did not meet our needs when using as a baby monitor. We ended up spending an extra $10 to buy a different model with a bigger screen and a camera that can pan 360 degrees around the room.

Easy to use, works between floors of my house, excellent camera, ECO feature is amazing it picks up sounds from microphone built in to camera and turns on your video picture on your listening device and the picture and sound are crystal clear. Amazing.

I bought two of these, one for my place and one for my parents place and they work. Tells a pretty accurate room temp, and is easy to keep an eye on the baby. Stays charged the whole day. I recommended to a friend because for the price it’s worth it.

We got this for our newborn, and while I thought the camera looked like a little higher quality than it was in real life, the whole system works as advertised. For the price, this is a good buy as it works to monitor the baby and make it so we know when they wake up. It has a VOX setting that turns off the screen and sound so that you can sleep with it at night; while I like the feature, it doesn’t work real well with having a white noise machine because the white noise keeps it on at the first two levels, and on the highest level it turns on and off too much. The monitor part is nice, it has a good battery life and you can take it around the house with you as needed. Overall, because it was as cheap as it is, I would recommend this for anyone looking for a cheap baby monitor.
